YOUR CAA sponsors and hosts both an Annual Alumni Golf Tournament and an Annual Alumni Reunion Gala/Social.  These events are open to CHS Alumni and C-NP Schools Administration, Faculty, Staff, Family and Friends from all CHS Classes – past and present.  For more information, click on the links below.  You can also Contact Us or send an email to info@choctawalumni.org.

  • List the Last Name, First Name, Email Address, and/or Cell/Text number of Individual submitting this information.

  • Reunion, Social, or Other Event. Check the applicable box(es) then complete the corresponding entries on the remainder of the form.
  • Enter Graduation Year of CHS Class Hosting Event/Reunion
  • SKIP if event is for Host Class only. If OPEN to other CHS Classes, specify Graduation Year(s.) {Click the + icon to the right of the last column to add classes.}
     
  • Enter the event venue name and complete the accompanying fields if known.
  • Enter event date and time(s) if known.
