At its 05/15/2024 Board meeting, the CAA approved a partnership with Dr. Robby Whiteley (CHS Class of 1970) for establishment of the ROBBY WHITELEY HEALTH PROFESSION SCHOLARSHIP.  The scholarship will be funded annually by Dr. Whiteley in the amount of $5000.  It will be administered by the CAA along with the CAA’s existing scholarships.  It will be awarded to qualified Choctaw High School (CHS) Senior(s) seeking to pursue an education and career in a healthcare profession.  Check out the CAA Scholarships section of the website for more information.  The CAA commends Dr. Whiteley and his family for their generosity and “giving back” commitments – not only for the benefit of CHS students but to society in general. This “Partnership” is just another example of CHS Alumni and the CAA doing great things for our schools and communities. The CAA and Dr. Whiteley also encourage other CHS Alumni to consider legacy or other financial gifts to help us do even more in support of the CAA mission.
